WFH Episode 3: Legs

Today’s Workouts From Home Episode focuses on strengthening and toning legs.  Fitness Trainer Stacey demonstrates a variety of lunges and squats requiring little to no equipment.  She even incorporates her daughters in her workout to both increase the intensity of her workout as well as include her family in being a part of her fitness journey.
