Oli’s Fashion Cuisine

An adored spot in Wellington has opened their doors here in Boca Raton, serving what they call “fashion cuisine”.  Executive Chef and Owner Dustin Parfitt sat down with us to share the story behind Oli’s Fashion Cuisine and the detail and passion he puts into every plate.  The original Oli’s was opened back in 2010 in Wellington, with the vision of bringing Palm Beach style dining further west.  Upon the great success that location has had, the owners decided to make their way to Boca.  Having built his culinary career at prestigious local figures in hospitality including Max’s Grille and The Breakers, Chef Parfitt knows the cuisine this community loves and needs.

Chef Parfitt walks us through some of Oli’s most popular dishes, including their tuna tacos and crispy brussels sprouts.  Be sure to check out Oli’s at 6897 SW 18th St. Boca Raton.  Stop in soon to take advantage of one of their several week day specials, like Monday half priced wine bottles and Thursday $9 glasses of Veuve Clicquot.
