Greetings! November is one of my favorite months of the year. Having been born on Thanksgiving Day, I am reminded every year of the truest gift to be thankful for life.
And things are certainly getting livelier around town. Life is getting more normal. The holidays are upon us and I welcome the festive, joyous shift.
Some things happening this month. If you haven’t voted already, please exercise your right and let your voice be heard.
The weather is changing here, so any outdoor dining is quite pleasant.

And lastly, on Nov. 11 we remember our veterans on this nationally recognized holiday known as Veterans Day. We thank you for your service.
Although I realize it may be hard to think about what we can be thankful for during these unusual times, I encourage you all to take the time to focus on those blessings. Reach out to your neighbor. Help those struggling. Support local businesses. Gather your family around the Thanksgiving table and share your sentiments. Tis the season to be grateful and look ahead.
