La Villetta Ristorante

For 27 years, La Villetta has been serving the Boca community Italian classics while introducing them to fresh, unique dishes they can’t find anywhere else.  Co-Owner Salvatore Sellitto calls it “one of the closest restaurants to Italy that you could eat”, stressing the restaurant’s authenticity to Italian home cuisine at its forefront.

Sal walks us through La Villetta’s signature dishes including a stuffed poblano pepper dish, designed by Sal himself, with prosciutto de parma and fresh mozzarella (made in-house) inside, then lightly sautéed and drizzled with a fresh homemade chipotle sauce and a balsamic glaze.

To pair with their incredible dishes, La Villetta also has an extensive list of high end wines available by the bottle at approachable prices.  Sal shared with us his philosophy that he’d rather have his wines be enjoyed than at a cost that leaves them on a shelf.

Be sure to stop by La Villetta today and enjoy a corner of Italy right here in Boca Raton at 4351 N Federal Hwy.
