Residents will start moving into the first of seven apartment buildings in Uptown Boca. More tenants and restaurants have signed on at the new complex on Glades Road between 95th Avenue South and U.S. 441.
“We’re about to open our first residential building. About 50 units will move in starting Oct. 29,” said Rosemurgy Properties CEO Alex Rosemurgy.
“Leasing is going better than expected,” he said about 456 apartments. “There’s a tremendous amount of interest and we have a virtual leasing team and hard hat tours.” https://uptownboca.com/
The 456 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments range in size from 718 to 1,737 square feet. Rentals start at $1,665 with workforce housing rates from $1,318. One building will have a clubhouse, pool and fitness center. Even a dog spa will open in April, he said.
Among the new stores and services are: Amazing Lash Studio, Yoga Six yoga studio with classes and Mathnasium, a math-only learning center for children. Also, Paradise Grills, an outdoor kitchen manufacturer, and Zen Sushi restaurant have signed leases.
“Get ready for a new Chick-fil-A that will open in the fall with a double-lane drive-through,” Rosemurgy said. Silverspot Cinema, also previously announced, doesn’t have an opening date yet, he said but still move in. REI Co-op brand gear and clothing’s first South Florida store will open in fall, he said.
Announced earlier are Naked Taco, Olive U, a nail salon, hair salon and a cleaner. “It’s all about walkability now and we have a lot of outdoor space and a great tenant mix,” Rosemurgy said.
