Why should you listen to Boca Voice’s new celebrity publicist and branding expert, Antonio Postorino? “I always say what I mean and mean what I say,” says the CEO and founder of Unfiltered PR. His column will appear every Tuesday on Boca Voice https://www.thebocavoice.com/

Postorino knows how to brand and build businesses for entrepreneurs and influencers. He taught himself the ropes of public relations from a young age and climbed the industry ladder, establishing an extensive professional network of journalists, colleagues, mentors, celebrities and influencers.

Raised in central New Jersey, Postorino relocated to Florida to pursue his education and continue to strategically build his career. He graduated from Lynn University with a degree in public relations and advertising.

He has expanded his business from a local public relations firm to a public relations and brand management firm with international connections. He has represented television personalities, social media influencers, beauty brands, luxury clothing brands, and international real estate agencies, to name a few.

Q: What will your weekly column entail?

A: Each week I will cover a new topic that’s going to help or inspire others and take them to the next level. Sharing my personal experiences along the way, as always keeping it unfiltered.

Q: How will your tips help entrepreneurs build their business?

A: My tips will really help open peoples’ eyes to something they may have not thought of before. Nothing that I do is traditional. I’m always thinking outside the box.

Q: Your business is called unfiltered PR. How did you come up with that name and what does it mean?

A: If you know me, you know I’m the epitome of being unfiltered. It translates in my business and the results I deliver to my clients.

Q: Why will that attitude help inspire self-confidence?

A: I think people lack in originality and stepping out of your comfort zone is really hard. I do it on a daily basis.

Q: As a millennial, explain why Boca Voice users should listen to you?

A: I bring a young, fresh dynamic to PR and branding that’s very attention grabbing. I believe people learn from others’ experiences and I can’t wait to share mine with Boca Voice readers.

Q: This isn’t your first time sharing your thoughts in a public forum. You were a radio personality in Boca. How do those two projects differ?

A: My radio show was mainly focused on entertainment and weighing in on pop-culture. I’m excited for people who have followed my journey to see me in a more professional setting, something that I haven’t heavily dabbled in before.

Q: What’s it like being a young entrepreneur in Boca Raton?

A: I love that I am able to work with local businesses to help them grow. I think COVID has taken a hit on everyone, and supporting local is more crucial than ever.

Q: What sets you apart?

A: You’re going to have to tune in each week, because I will cover that shortly. Stay tuned.
