Boca Raton Concours d’Elegance coming up Feb. 7 to 9

Vroom, vroom. Major supporters kicked off the Boca Raton Concours d’Elegance coming up Feb. 7 to 9 with a Big Wheel Dinner.

This will be the 14th annual event that has raised more than $10 million for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. Some of the kids were there, too. Pinnacle Advertising CEO Peter Gary is Big Wheel chairman.

The Concours d’Elegance includes the popular hangar party at Atlantic Aviation in Boca Raton Airport. Actor Billy Gardell is headlining the gala and awards Saturday night. And the Automobile and Motorcycle Exhibition and vintage and classic car competition is Sunday. Both at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Here’s the details and link for tickets:

Here’s our Q&A with Boca Raton Concours d’Elegance founder and director Rick Case:

Q: Was the purpose of the Big Wheel Dinner to have sponsors meet the kids who benefit from this event?

A: The Big Wheel Dinner was a success in bringing in new faces and the return of long-time supporters. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County members are always a big part of our events, as it reminds everyone about the beneficiary of each dollar raised.
