Boca Beach House is preparing to open a sales gallery for prospective buyers in downtown Boca in early 2021, after breaking ground on the waterfront site.
The center will be on the corner of East Palmetto Park Road and Mizner Boulevard at 193 E. Palmetto Park Road.
Interested buyers can see the model kitchen, bathroom, and the project’s scale model. The gallery will also serve existing buyers to finalize design elements for their residence.
Set on 3.2 acres overlooking Lake Boca at 725 S. Ocean Blvd., Boca Beach House Luxury Residences & Marina expects a completion date in the third quarter of 2022.
Nearly 80% of the 32 condos are sold. Sales were launched in May 2019. Nearly half of the buyers are from out of state, such as Michigan, New York, and Chicago, an announcement said.
Remaining residences start at $3 million. They range from 3,855 to 5,041 square feet, with two to four bedrooms, a flow-through floorplan and 10-foot ceilings. Semi-private elevator access and expansive outdoor spaces and included in the four-story retreat with a private 18-slip marina. https://bbhresidences.com/
Key International and Integra Investments in partnership with Wexford Real Estate held a groundbreaking on the site. The development teams were joined by the project’s general contractor Craft Construction. “Boca Beach House is a unique project in the market, and we are looking forward to initiating construction,” Key International co-president Inigo Ardid said at the ground-breaking attended by city officials.
The property has secured $42.6 million in construction financing from Bank OZK.
Architectural design is by Sieger Suárez Architects, with contemporary beach-inspired interiors by Linda Ruderman Interiors. Kitchens include Italian cabinetry by MiaCucina with Gaggenau appliances. The grounds will feature tropical landscape design by Raymond Jungles.
