Greetings Neighbors:
It’s hard to believe that we are already in the month of May. Things are buzzing around town as businesses and activities are opening fully again.
South Florida has become quite the hotspot for visitors. The real estate industry is booming as people from other states flood to Florida.
New businesses are popping up as well. One in particular is the Delray Beach Market. This 150,000-square-foot food hall with more than 25 vendors is sure to be a huge asset to our area and for foodies. This family friendly establishment offers cooking classes, and the mezzanine level can be used for private events. Definitely worth checking out this $60 million project.
It’s wonderful to see this economic growth and more employment opportunities.
