If you’ve been watching construction between Bloomingdale’s and the Terrace entrance at Town Center at Boca Raton mall, Arhaus is now open.
Here’s a Q&A from an Arhaus representative:
Q: Why did you decide to open in Boca when your closest store is in Palm Beach Gardens?
A: The Boca Raton location marks Arhaus’ 75th store opening. Expanding our brand presents a unique opportunity to not only continue serving customers in Florida’s southernmost coast, but to make our globally inspired furniture and décor more accessible to a wider, and potentially new audience.
Q: Will you offer more outdoor furniture and different finishes and fabrics for a Florida market?
A: The Town Center location is a contemporary lifestyle destination for heirloom quality furnishings – both indoor and outdoor, and design capabilities, offering dozens of fabrics, silhouettes, and details which are customizable for any piece or larger project. As we prepare to introduce our newest collection for 2021, Outdoor, our Boca Raton store will offer an array of this assortment while still showcasing the best of Arhaus’ indoor variety. https://www.arhaus.com/
Q: Some stores with outdoor access have different hours than the mall.
A: Arhaus’ store hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays.
Q: I see you also offer bedding and tabletop. What else do you offer?
A: We’re a destination for the whole home. Our selection of bedding products includes everything from decorative pillows to duvet covers, crafted with luxurious linen, cotton… Our tabletop collections feature uniquely handcrafted items such as serving bowls, pitchers and dinner plates that bring a touch of modular design.
Q: With so many more people now working remotely for good, will you offer more office furniture?
A: With remote working becoming a norm, Arhaus is continuing to introduce furnishings for the home office such as desks, chairs, and modular storage solutions to elevate any work-from-home setting. Arhaus’ designers are also prepped to collaborate with customers and turn any office design into a reality, helping to decorate down to the tiniest detail.
Q: Potential customers will want to know about price points. Give us some idea for furnishing, a sofa or a bed.
A: Starting price for a sofa is around $2,000.
Q: So many customers start fresh when they move here. I see you’re also offering your design services virtually. How does that work?
A: Our design services offer a personalized 1:1 approach. As with all Arhaus locations, our new location offers complimentary in-person and virtual design services. Our virtual consultations specifically can take place through a phone call, email or video chat.
Q: Will the store contract to furnish any of the new condos or apartments going up downtown in Boca? Will you tap into the furnished apartment/condo market for snowbirds?
A: We see great opportunity in the second-home market. This is our fourth store in Florida… We have always evolved our service offerings to best cater to our clients’ needs. You want your home – or your second home – to be comfortable, and you want it to feel like an extension of your personal style. You may not have the time or availability to curate its furnishings and design…. That’s where Arhaus comes in.
